What we collect and how we protect it

Account Credentials

We store your username, password hash, email and phone number to authenticate your access and send you important notifications. Passwords are never stored in plain text; we use industry-standard hashing algorithms. Your email and phone are verified once during account creation.

Payment Records

Deposit and withdrawal history is encrypted and retained for 7 years to comply with financial reporting standards. We record the payment method used (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer), amount, date and verification status—but never your full wallet PIN or card number.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which games you play and how long you browse each section. You can adjust cookie consent in your browser settings at any time; disabling non-essential cookies will not affect gameplay or withdrawals.

Device Information

Privacy questions from our players

Your withdrawal records stay encrypted on our servers for 7 years per financial compliance rules. We never retain your full wallet PIN or bank account number—only the last four digits of the payment method used, the amount and the date. If you close your account, historical payment records remain for the full 7-year period but are permanently separated from your profile.
